Each object that leaves us is handled with care. If yours arrives damaged, or if something isn't right with your order, we'd like to make it right.

Please reach out to us at info@anatomyofthings.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, with a photograph of the item and your order details. We'll take it from there.

We're unable to accept returns for change of mind, but we hope you'll take your time before deciding — we're always happy to answer questions before you commit.

How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days before being handed to Singapore Post, unless otherwise stated on the product listing. 3D printed objects require a little more time — please allow up to 7 working days for fulfilment.

I haven't received my tracking number yet — what should I do?
Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, drop us a line at info@anatomyofthings.com and we'll look into it.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't been fulfilled yet, we'll do our best to accommodate changes. Please reach out as soon as possible.

Do you ship to my country?
If your country isn't listed above, write to us and we'll see what we can arrange.

I have a question about a specific object — who do I ask?
Us. info@anatomyofthings.com — we're a small team and we're happy to talk about the things we make.
